The testing laboratory is accredited by the Slovenian Accreditation with a flexible scope of test methods, which means that the laboratory itself can adapt the accredited test methods to new issues of already accredited test standards. The certification body is accredited by the Slovenian Accreditation with a flexible scope only for the non-harmonized area of concrete. Since, for a flexible scope, all data is not defined in accreditation documents, it is the task of the accredited body to control this information and inform the users and other interested parties about the current state of affairs. Therefore, the test laboratory and the certification body (only for the concrete) maintain in accordance with Slovenian Accreditation Documents S14 Scope of the accreditation, edition 2, valid from 26.02.2020, list of accredited activities publicly available on the IRMA website referring to the annex to the accreditation certificate.
IRMA updates each list with any changes to the standards that are the subject of an accreditation certificate.
For certification procedures in the harmonized area, the certification body is accredited according to Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 with the fixed-scope accreditation. This means that the Slovenian Accreditation have first to evaluate the implementation of standard changes in IRMA notified body procedure on regular monitoring visits, and that IRMA can refer to the new version of the normative document only after the issuance of a new annex to the accreditation certificate. The list of accredited certification procedures for the harmonized area is also listed in the list of accredited methods in the IRMA Certification Body.
