Certification Body IRMA
Scope of the Certification body IRMA:
Notified body IRMA carry out certification proceses in a harmonized field on the basis of:
- Regulation (EU) No. 305/2011 and
- harmonized European product standards.
In the harmonized field, IRMA carry the the conformity assessment of factory production control for the next construction products: aggregates and precast concrete products according to the AVCP 2+ system (Assesment and Verification of Constancy of Performance) and the constancy of performance for concrete safety barriers according to the AVCP system 1.
In the non-harmonized field, IRMA carry out the conformity assessment of factory production control of concrete production on the basis of:
- Construction Products Act (ZGPro-1), Article 5, Ur.l.RS 82/13,
- Non-harmonized European product standard for concrete SIST EN 206:2013+A2:2021 Concrete – Specification, characteristics, production and conformity and
- Slovenian national standard with supplementary requirements for concrete SIST 1026:2016 Concrete - Specification, characteristics, production and conformity - Rules for the use of SIST EN 206 .
Accreditation:
The certification body IRMA has been accredited by the Slovene accreditation in accordance with the standard SIST EN ISO / IEC 17065:2012 in the harmonized field for certification of conformity of factory control of the production of aggregates, clay and concrete masonry units and precast concrete products according to Regulation (EU) 305/2011 and for the certification of factory control of concrete production in the non-harmonized area. The documents are Accreditation Certificate CP-004 No. 3150-0159/10-0022 dated Februar 23, 2023 (date of the first issue of the Accreditation Certificate on December 27, 2005) and the Annex to the Accreditation Certificate CP-004 no. 3150-0159/10-0021 dated Februar 23, 2023.

On March 29th 2004 IRMA became the notified body for certification of factory production. Now is notified body for all construction products for which is appointed from Ministry of RS for economy. In the non-harmonized area, IRMA has been appointed as a certification body for the certification of factory production control of concrete:
- Certification body for certification of factory production control of concrete production according to technical specification SIST EN 206-1:2003, system of conformity 2+, decision of Ministry RS of Economy number: 3210-5/2003-28 from June 13th, 2005.
